Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria
English Stenographer Grade II
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute. Additionally, they should demonstrate a speed accuracy of 120 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English Shorthand and possess basic computer knowledge.
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of May 26, 2024. Age relaxation is applicable as per the official guidelines.
English Stenographer Grade III
Educational Qualification: Similar to the Grade II requirement, candidates should have a graduation degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute. They must also have basic computer knowledge and a shorthand speed accuracy of 100 w.p.m. in English.
Age Limit: The age requirement for Grade III is between 21 and 35 years as of May 26, 2024, with applicable age relaxations.

- Women Candidates: 5 years
- SC/ST/SEBC/EWSs (Gujarat origin only): 5 years
- Differently Abled Persons: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Actual service rendered plus 3 years
- State Government Employees: 5 years or the number of years served, whichever is less
