Educational Qualification
For example, English Stenographer Grade-II (Class II) and English Stenographer Grade III (Class III) have different schooling requirements. Here are the requirements for education:
English Stenographer Grade II: Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in any field. Candidates must also be able to type accurately at 120 words per minute in English shorthand and know how to use a computer.
English Stenographer Grade III: Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized college or university in any field. They know how to use computers and can type 100 words per minute accurately in English shorthand.
The candidates must also know enough English, Gujarati, and Hindi in addition to these requirements.
