RBI Group B Officers: Conditions and Requirements for Eligibility
Qualifications for Education
People who have a Bachelor’s degree or have finished at a recognized university can apply for these jobs. Candidates must upload copies of their school credentials or certificates when registering their applications.
Limit on Age (as of January 1, 2024)
The youngest candidate must be 21 years old, and the oldest must not be more than 30 years old. Here’s what the age relaxation will look like:
- For candidates from the OBC group: three years
- For people in the SC/ST category: 5 years

The registration for applications will begin in June 2024, but the exact date has not been announced yet. Candidates are told to make sure they have all of the necessary papers. People who pay a small fee will be able to submit their applications. The fee will be:

How to Choose Reserve Bank of India Group B Officers
There will be several steps used to choose the Group B Officers. They are as follows:
- Initial Test
- Mains Test
- Talking to
The main exam is both objective and descriptive, while the preliminary exam is more of a passing test. The Prelims test your subject understanding and skills, and the Mains test will be different for each job.
Those who made it to the next round of selection and got better scores on both the preliminary and main exams will be called in for an interview. Candidates will be hired as Officers in banks across the country based on the total scores they get on all the tests.
